Monique Steensma

In her previous role as Senior Client Partner at Patrick O’Callaghan and Associates, she worked with corporate, crown and non-profit boards across Canada in a variety of industries.

In addition to her advisory work, Monique spent six years as an independent commercial and workplace mediator and held executive roles, including Chief Executive, at Mediate BC, a mid-sized non-profit.

After decades of experience working with boards of all sizes at all types of organizations, and the experience of leading a non-profit and working with its board, Monique is now focused solely on helping non-profit boards and executive directors work effectively and tackle complicated problems.
